Edit- just noticing now you have an Augustiner beer from Munich with an Augustiner stein from Salzburg. Both are great, but my heart is with the small monastery operation in Salzburg.

ETA: McVick, same beer as the places in München...just a satellite location, they do however brew those styles on property

Drockw1, I was/am willing to make a beer bet that they are two distinct and separate places. The Augustiner bierhall in Salzburg is a separate business with different labels and logos from the Augustiner in Munich.
