Next up is a Santa Fe Imperial Java Stout while I keg a pale ale. Wish we got this one here.

Greenberg smoked turkey my uncle sent me for Christmas. Never got around to it but I unthawed it yesterday and am about to make some turkey chili and turkey salad.

TBD was half a glass of the pale ale as I kegged it. Had to test the gravity. Went from 1.061 to 1.013 for 6.7%. Think the honey from LoneStarTiger I added at flameout kicked that ABV up a good bit. It was very tasty. Easy to drink, despite the ABV. Doesn't taste that boozy at all.

Force carbing it now to serve on Saturday at the trail race in Mandeville. I'm sure I'll have to taste it before then to make sure it's OK to serve.
