FandOnly BD is a home brew IPA from me and KennyP. Came out great, even after some kegging and CO2 issues. Superpower-esque, which was the plan. Not claiming to be a clone, but the hop profile is similar

How is that? I picked up a Mephistopheles in Seattle with the same abv. I was wondering if I need to hold on to it a few years before drinking.

It's pretty hot but it's tasty. I have another one that I'm going to sit for a while.

Where are you getting that? It is a solid DIPA, but I don't think I've ever seen it in bottles around here.

They had it at Leblanc's on Drusilla/Jefferson. Yea its a solid beer! They had a four pack left in their cooler section when I got mine tonight

Yea I definitely like. It's freakin 18% though haha. Would definitely be good after a few months as well. Flavors are awesome though.

Only BD- this is good. I like the base beer, and this adds some more vanilla flavor and a little bourbon, but not overpowering.

Yes I came away impressed

I tried all 3--a farmhouse, a Belgian wit, and a milk stout

Got a growler of the farmhouse but almost went with the wit. The wit was a beautiful beer. Brewed with hibiscus and pinkish in color. The milk stout was really good too. Not too sweet or bitter like I find a lot of milk stouts.

He said so pro has the lockdown on hops and he wants to focus on saisons and sours.

Here is the Superpower recipe that the owner David posted a while back. No times, temps or water treatments are given.

LBD-Homebrewed IPA. Still needs a couple more days to carb up, I'm an a-hole for not force carbing this one. If I may toot my own horn, this is perfect. I used 8%oats to make it feel fuller then used simcoe to bitter with citra and mosaic late hop and dry hops. It has that Tired Hands taste I was going for, I just need to make it 6.7% or so next time, this one is 6.2%.
