FBD while the meat is getting ready figured I'd take a moment to reflect on why this is not just another day off of work and raise my glass to all servicemen and women past and present, those alive and those who payed the ultimate sacrifice to make this the best damn country on the plant. I had a Sierra Nevada Summerfest pilsner while setting up the BBQ for ribs. The ribs will be ready for 2:00PM. I'll need a good bit of lubricating until then.
