Very nice Kim!

Anyone here have any insight on the Tallgrass hoppy offerings?
8-Bit PA and Top Rope IPA? We just got them in Houston, hoping they're fresh. Any good?

It's been a while since I've had it, but I remember 8-bit being a pretty good pale.

What you thought? I liked it a lot. They've come a long way since Hop Explorer 1.0.

Had it on tap last night. Decent, nothing to write home about. I'll give 8 bit a go.

Very good -- I wanted another one but couldn't justify another 7.5% for lunch. IMO not as good as Yellow Rose (I think you ranked them the same). New batch of DL out next week

How is the Pinedrops compared to Fresh Squeezed? I love the Fresh Squeezed.

All those pliny's spoken for Kim? I've yet to try one after many failed trade attempts.

Nothing worse than being at the office on a Friday while people are 3 beers deep at the chimes.

Seriously, or watching people crush Pliny and Heady by the pool on a Tuesday for lunch.
