Getting fat. Just over 4lbs now, which is 1lb over her birth weight. We're getting moved to the lowest level NICU tomorrow and will hopefully be out in 2-3 weeks.

Not to derail the thread, but how big were your twins? They've had quite a few come through while we've been here. Some as small as 1.5lbs each.

Glad to hear... I can't imagine how hard being in the nicu is. My twins were 6lbs 7oz and 5lb 9oz... We were very lucky that we had no complications or nicu stays

So it is like a diversion program? You go to class and no ticket is on your record?

Yes, as long as you haven't had a ticket in 3 years you can do it. My last ticket was in 1996 driving through Hammond on my way back from a pearl jam concert at tad gormley

Nice! Wings on a cold night like tonight would really hit the spot.

Those were pre sauce, post flour and paprika bath, but I just swung by pluckers and bought a couple bottles of sauce. Pluckers sauce is better and cheaper than any sauce I make. Went with buffalo medium and bakers gold.

Those look good. What's your method? Toss wings into seasoned flour and fry? I picked up some wings from Fresh Market last week and tossed them in some sweet potato habanero hot sauce from Cochon. Wings were too dry but flavor was nice.

Would love to crack open a Prarie Bomb or Narwhal but I'm so congested it would be a waste. Hope this clears up by the weekend.

Cup of flour and eyeball paprika. Roll. Fry for 10-11 minutes at whatever heat the granpappy fryer goes to. Think it's 375.

These weren't dry at all. Perfect time and temp. Tossed in some pluckers store bought sauce. I've made a number of buffalo sauces, and they've all been good, but none great, so I just buy good sauce.
