LOL.

I don't know how to take your pizza eating compulsion?

I enjoyed the GB, more so than Pallet Wrecker I think.

Speaking of canning local beers, any update on NOLA canning ICS? Last I heard was this winter (aka now-december).

Really liked that one the first bottle I had. I liked it less the next few for some reason.

Want to hear a funny story? In San Fran I got to be part of a taste test for several beers:

My critiques and rankings were almost polar opposite of what beers won I have odd tastes, I suppose. The Berryessa Freshie 2.0 won. It was very... coffee flavored.. to me. But more like burnt than coffee. I did not enjoy it whatsoever, didn't even finish that little tasting glass. The Wobblies was my favorite and it was 2nd to last

Probably not, there is a growing epidemic in the craft beer world of folks using the words "complexity", "interesting" or "layers" of flavors as opposed to saying "this tastes like shite but I'd rather not hurt your feelings"...

Something about spending 18-30 bucks on 1 beer still makes me hesitant

3BD is a ST Unearthly DIPA. Not a great one IMO, but a solid DIPA and this bottle is relatively fresh.

At White Labs
Had a pumpkin beer with 3 different yeasts then an oatmeal stout with 3 different yeasts.
A cool place to see what different yeasts do to the same wort

Have to say that price gives me a little hesitation. Especially if I can go grab it on draft for a lot cheaper.

Yeah, my main fear is since I've never had it, not liking it

Plus it better be damn good for 26.99 since beer you can't store like liquor

The right stopper can keep a beer fresh for over a week. Not as good as alcohol, but long enough to spread it out.
