Wya GC? Did you move to Colorado or did I make that up? And McVick is now in New York?

He told me he was moving some time this summer. Not sure if it happened yet. Upstate, Syracuse or something.

That's just a garter snake. It's okay to pet...

I keed. I keed. It's a cobra. But at any rate, put a beer can next to it's head so we can get a sense of scale...

Zap, that looks like a pretty nice day, for Astoria...

Lovell has a few interesting beers on tap, including one of the 3-way test batches.

Any sea lions fornicating under the restaurant at Buoy?

TBD is an Orleanian by Urban South. Figured it was appropriate given the day, the Pelicans Summer League team playing tonight to make it to the playoff...

Nickiel Alexander-Walker with the step back 3!

Anyway... the Orleanian is a Sour Brett Wheat aged in Chardonnay Barrels on Peach and Apricot Purées. It’s very much a stonefruity Brett. Medium Brett character on the nose with some light fruit. Head receded rapidly (within 10 seconds.) The taste is complex, it has overripe cherry, medium fruity funk. Some definite sweetness, but finishes mostly dry. Great bottle conditioned Brett.

Specifically, he's enjoying rain and temps in the 60's at the mouth of the Columbia River in Astoria, OR. That's actually not as bad as it sounds. The coast of Oregon is f'ing beautiful no matter what the weather. When it's drizzling, the clouds form all kinds of cool formations in the coastal mountains.

Nice. Though I had enough 60s this spring. We're sitting at 93 in Chicago and I'm loving it. Actually just finished a run before cracking the beer.

As my agent stated, on the Oregon coast.

Haven't seen any sea lions yet.
