It's pretty cold, I just grabbed it out of the cooler at whole foods.

I don't know man. They're definitely a Belgian level of carbonation.

Try another pour into a wet glass. Pour it against the side of the glass.

If that doesn't work give them to me. : )

I have up and moved to the red wine. I originally pour it in the side of the glass and it was all foam. Plus there is residue in the bottom of the bottle.

That residue is yeast. They are bottle conditioned

I haven't been the last couple trips to SD, but I have been before. Enjoyed it quite a bit, but at the time I was more into the Port selections
