Isn't it awesome when pizza joints have great beers on tap?

It sure is. It makes all the difference in my dining choices.

Ha! I always look at tap lists before choosing a restaurant. Fortunately, I don't have to compromise, much.

ma fan. Solid beer list for limited space. Good pie. Even better peeps. I just live too far from'em.

I live fairly close. It was my first time there and I'll be back.

Very good personal sized pizzas plus a decent tap list.

I agree. The multiple topping pizza's are $8.00. Pretty good deal.

I had tried Hop Hash after reading a review from this person who digests said lists, and was disappointed.

Must have been awesome completely fresh then fell off fast. Still wasn't a bad beer, but not a single IPA version of Resinate like I was expecting.

I don't know man -- the GF filled up a growler last Friday night, just cracked it and it's still danker hell. Way more dank than what I had on tap earlier today.

I bet it has something to do with the "hash" hops they're using -- I bet it does not evenly distribute throughout the bride tank / conical like pellets:

I had one of their IPAs Sunday courtesy of No8. So good.

Had a Swish this morning -- fantastic beer.

FBD - Citra DDH Envie

SBD - Relic Black Dawn Stout

Thanks to Kim for being a No Limit Soldier on the DDH Envie today. This is best smelling Parish beer in a while. Tasty too. I like what the new yeast seems to be doing to the body.

Naw -- coming off the night shift. Victory beers at 5 am, sleep from 8-11ish, try to stay up the rest of the day.

Waiting on the grill to get up to temp to throw the hot water bath steaks on:

So after hitting red river brewing, flying tigers (Monroe; wtf), great raft, and parish in the last week, and having some Covington brewing beers I can now say that:

Reve is the most coffee forward coffee stout I've personally had (includes modern times), bourbon barrel aged imperial reserve (2014) is a fantastic barrel aged barleywine. Here comes the controversy: grace and grits is the best hoppy beer I tried out of it, DDh commotion ddh Envie, Envie and opus vert. Wish I could've had ghost from source but c'est la vie.

The one beer I'm definitely copying from this trip is the vanilla peach wheat (fuzz) from parish; those flavors work so well together.

All in all Louisiana beer has improved tremendously in the last few years and you guys are lucky to have such solid beer offerings local to you now
