Not sure what is up with this but has almost a cough syrup flavor to it and not in a good way.

Chicago heat was hot but not that big of a deal unless you did not have AC. Hah

When I first moved here I made 24k a year and didn't have an AC unit in my studio apt that faced west and was set back to get no breeze. It was brutal. At one point I tried freezing a pot of water and setting it in front of a fan.
It didn't work.

I've decided rum barrel aged is tough to execute. The rum is so strong and doesn't complement as well as bourbon. The central waters rum barrel porter is the same way and they do great barrel aging.
