TBD - SA Icon Green

I was hoping for the hops to come through a bit more, but it's still a good beer. Especially for the summer.

Yes, good beer. Coater sent the BR FBD group a few. Super smooth, silky mouthfeel that I really liked.

There's one en route to 70808 right now. If I'd know the BR Krewe liked them so much I would have sent more. My bad dawg.

Grab a few when you go to Calandro's. They have plenty bottles dated 4/19/13. The bottles at Matherne's are dated 1/22/13.

I know (as I'm sure a bunch of people here do too) more than half of the Blossman clan, I've been trying to pass the word on for years. The kids, who are my age, completely agree and most qualify as mavens. Basically, their marketing strategy for expansion worked, now they need to reverse it and capitalize on their massive footprint and market share. It would be great if they would, they have plenty of financial resources. Fingers crossed.

FBD - Part of a Stone Cali-Belg, part of a NB Folie Cascara Quad, then back to finishing the rest of the NB Cali-Belg. Had the Cali-Belg before, big fan. Never had the Cascara Quad, but its a good sippin beer, would buy it again.

FBD was a sample from the starter. Mix of White Labs Saison III and some dregs from an Anchorage Brett IPA.

SBD is a strawberry mango saison. About to pitch this starter on a farmhouse ale and then add dry hops and oak to separate Brett pale ale.

I was hoping to find some fresh Endeavor in College Station but was sorely disappointed. All of them were from late February/early March.

On the other hand, the All Day and Centennial IPAs from Founders were bottled 4/30 and taste amazingly fresh.

never tried my hand (pun intended) at that. caught some big ones on yo-yo's and trot lines before though.

still can't beat a nice medium sized river cat. taste much better than those big frickers, IMO.

north of the Nuke plant so it is good. Probably from pulling it out of the barrels they set up for spawning.

You came back with 2 Ws and we are all happy about that. Plus, you got kicked out of their stadium. You can tell your grandkids about that one day.

I had Endeavor about 2 weeks after it came out, which was right when I initially moved to Houston. Pretty much drank that solely for like six weeks. I need to get back into it, its been awhile and I've taken it for granted, but I'm glad to know its available round these parts.

Yeah I saw fresh endeavor while I was at Calandro's and picked a few up. I haven't had it fresh.
