They are naming beers like show dogs now. Super long name that gets cutdown to Rex by us.

FBD Real Ale Mysteryum Verum Scots Gone Wild Barrel aged Sour. On draught at my local Whole Foods.

Pretty nice first sour from Real Ale.

Everything I had from Real Ale was solid. I didn't like Devil's Backbone much though, it had a distinct smoke flavor imo, and I'm not big on smoked beer

FBD is the English Yeast version of the Tin Roof Pale Ale.

I think it's a lot better than the regular version. A lot more fruity and less bitter(regular version is bitter for the sake of being bitter, not in a good way) beer. They should stick to this yeast or look into others in my opinion.

Interdasting. IMO Voodoo Bengal is a mediocre pale ale.. and the can flavor really detracts from it. Is this a re-release of Voodoo Bengal with different yeast, or is this going to be a whole new beer?

Cool way for Tin Roof to try some new angles. Imagine they are held into some beers because of the old brewmaster, but maybe this is a sign of the future.

Not a fan of the Voodoo Bengal, but if they can knock the edge off the bitter it may be worth revisiting.

6 PM - The Cove - Tin Roof's "Parliament Pale Ale" will be served, which is a Voodoo Bengal fermented with 1099 Whitbread yeast. They describe it as: "Mild malty, slight fruity flavor, good flocculation, less tart and dry than normal british ale yeast."

ACBW exclusive.

Drinking my BB3 right now. I like it, definitely different (never had #1 or 2). I'm a fan. Next on my list are the Icons, cause I haven't had those either. I will say Divine Reserve 13 is excellent.

I was jacked about my mid 20's 5k. I thought beer was the reason I couldn't get better, thanks for ruining that hypothesis.

Walked across the street to check out the Abita stuff at the Pelican House and they were just giving away glassware. So I picked up my 3rd Mayhawk in as many days. C'mon Abita... Wake up. We know you can brew a good beer.

Still not as cool as the Lost Abbey glassware.

Did you see why the Grand Prix lost my interest yesterday. Not to mention I am really starting to dislike Alonzo because he is so likable.
