I've never had anything from them and I don't know anything about them, so I went with a standard and a recommendation from someone on the board on Ethos. Might get the 8-Bit next time then.

Parish FIPA is a damn good beer, and Bitter Monk makes Parish FIPA taste like Jockamo. My opinion, of course.
I wouldn't phrase it like that, but Bitter Monk is fantastic. A delicious Brett bomb.

I would have skipped out on the Tallgrass IPA and got their 8-Bit pale ale. Far superior beer.
I agree with this

Had Bitter Monk last week in Anchorage and I enjoyed it. Kassik was also a great brewery up there. Not saying where I work bc I will be fudging the inventory sheet next week so I can bring home a few more of these guys.

That's awesome but keep in mind we can get them fairly easily in LA if needed.

I suppose I'll try the Ethos first to appease the mob, where were you guys to advise me on my purchase when I asked last week.
Probably FBD in an hour.

I picked up a 4 pack of the Ethos last week. I liked it a lot. Has 110 IBU's. It has some hop power but not overwhelming...
Enjoy!!
Enjoy!!

My local watering hole just put that 2XIPA on tap and I've been enjoying the heck out of it.
