I use it on pretty much everything but my 2 favorites are:

1. Grilling hot wings (or even spinning popcorn chicken in it)

2. On top of Mac & Cheese

In chicken noodle soup when I'm sick with a cold. Good for opening everything up.

I've had to cut back a bit because I was going overboard with my sriracha use.

I've never put it in anything other than when I get Pho. I must be missing out, I'll have to go to Hong Kong Market and pick some up.

Mix it into your spaghetti sauce. It's great with pasta.

I love it on and in all kinds of stuff, but I really like it on sardines over crackers. Simple build: cracker, mustard, sardine (bristling herring), and a line of Sriracha.
