Mom still makes me a solid home made breakfast pizza for my birthday every year. Secon to none.

But breakfast is my favorite meal which we eat for dinner on the reg.

My parents made something they called flap jacks. It was basically a flour and water crepe that was cooked in butter. Spread more butter and sugar inside it and rolled it up. This is also my 3 children's favorite breakfast now.

(I also like me some non-instant cream of wheat with butter to whoever said that )

Same as it is now...

Eggs, fried over easy; bacon or ham; grits, and cathead biscuits.

For an extra, cane syrup to put on the buttered biscuit.

Mom: eggs Benedict

Moms mom: backstrap with homemade biscuits and gravy made from the deers organs and drippings. Also her "christmas jelly"

Dad: S.O.S

Dads mom: sausage and cheese balls.
