best app ive ever had was at cafe milano's in houma
it was a duck foie gras served with duck and blackberry sausage over a bed of onion confeit with a blackberry and peppercorn reduction.
i dont know that i will ever have a better app as long as i live.

I wish I knew...but that was one crappy meal I had there.
Not to mention that it doesn't even feel like a restaurant...it's much more like a cafeteria.
