Don't count on that. It is the Uptown Galatoire's. It may depend what time you go. The second seating is always boisterous.

best app ive ever had was at cafe milano's in houma
it was a duck foie gras served with duck and blackberry sausage over a bed of onion confeit with a blackberry and peppercorn reduction.

i dont know that i will ever have a better app as long as i live.

Depends. If you are sitting upstairs it will be more sedate. Downstairs, bring earplugs.

not powerman, but it's legit. Chef is a folse grad, as are a lot of the other cooks.

I wish I knew...but that was one crappy meal I had there.

Not to mention that it doesn't even feel like a restaurant...it's much more like a cafeteria.
