I have pics. Totally fuked up my dish and timing. I had some brown water in me, BSing with the MIL, going to fast to try and bring the dish to hang out with some old collage friends that were in town so was changing plans. Recipe for disaster LOL. I cooked the fish tonight instead. Took a day or so to stop bleeding profusely

Damn. That mandolin gave you the COVID-19. At least you got through your busiest season. Happy New Year. Fish is such a broad brush. My ideas are all over the place. I'll likely stick to something classic and rely on presentation plus photography.

That's a good one, Damn...
You even retrieved the strip of skin that was removed.
Make sure you let that thing air out a bit between dressing changes, and hit it with some Neosporin.
