My old man is coming in town next weekend... going to have to get him to bring some good andouille with him. Wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too late!

The thread is scheduled to open by 9:00 on Tuesday (possibly earlier) and scheduled to close by midnight. Would allowing submissions until the voting thread opens the next morning be helpful? Like by 9:00 am on Wednesday?

Big Dropper and I each requested the sticky, so I’m thinking that’s why we got it!

I just cancelled my andouille order from Wayne Jacobs. I’d ordered some on the 11th, before the big freeze. I completely understood when it wasn’t shipped during that time period, but got an email last Thursday, saying it shipped. Got an email on Saturday saying never mind, disregard. Called them on Monday and they said it would be shipped that day. Never received an email about it. Called today and they said oops, nothing shipped. FedEx won’t take any of their stuff for at least a week. Grrr. Also, another ingredient was shipped from California on the 18th and tracking hasn’t updated since then. Ugh. I might be sitting this one out.

Has anyone tried the andouille from Fresh Market?

Also, I realize andouille can be found at any local supermarket, but they are not all created equal!

That sucks...shipping has been a big pita lately for me too including for this challenge. I have a less than ideal backup plan tho.

I had the same issues with shipping early to mid last week, but recieved my 2 yesterday and Monday.
