Easter Quarantine Dinner

What's on the Easter menu this year? Are you still going to fix a nice meal under the circumstances? Think I will smoke a ham but haven't decided on what sides to go with it yet.

We’re hoping to do take out Italian from a local restaurant, if not I’m going to make a veal parm, meatballs and a wop salad.

Was thinking the same. Have never been to Two Tony's, but someone posted a pix of the eggplant, shrimp and crab dish they are offering for take-out. Oh man. Here's a link to their restaurant.

Don’t normally do Easter (not for any reason, just forget about it) but that sounds like a good excuse to make some holiday food. Think I’ll get a small ham, maybe make potatoes au gratin, creamed spinach or broccoli, dinner rolls.. maybe even a small carrot cake.
