Does anyone have a fairly easy to put together dry age setup? I’d like to start aging my own meat but I’d like to see what some of you guys have.

I've never dry aged, but the UMAi bags look pretty easy.

They seem easy but I’d like to be able to do larger pieces of meat and also get the nutty/funky flavor. I’ve read that you don’t get that from the UMAi bags.

Look up Jess pryles and her dry aging set up. She gets pretty in depth and has a setup at her house. She knows her shite.

I have a Steaklocker which is a dry age locker. Hardest thing is finding primal cuts because you need the thick fat caps.

I read her step by step set up. I think I’m going to follow her pretty much to the letter.
