Does BJ's brew house only hire sh*tty waiters?

I totally agree! I have never had a good experience with a waiter or a host/hostess for that matter.

This has happened to me 3 times.. the only 3 times i have gone... I put my name down with the hostess she tells me 15-20 min and gives me a buzzer. 35 min later i check in with her and she says hmmm thats weird i guess someone forgot to put you down it will be another 15-20 min...

The one here in Houston has horrible service as well. I love the pizza but I can't stand going there.

Hell we were sat down for about 20 minutes before our waiter even popped up to take a drink order. We asked several people about it and they just said I'll go look for him

dude finally makes an appearance and says he didn't see us in his section. From then on it was just a series of more frick ups. Wrong drinks, sloooow refills, order wasn't right.

We also had waiters approach the table about 3 times and ask if this was our order. Not a big deal, but pretty telling of how poorly managed/organized it must be.

I must be in the minority because I usually get good service there, I have only had one bad experience there and that was when it first opened. I haven't been about 2 months tho.

I like the pizza... I've only been twice. Best to sit in the bar there.

Nall is waiting tables these days?

This. Been twice when they first opened up and will probably never go back.

We went, they served our food to the table next to ours, They picked @ it, realized it wasnt their order and sent it back. The waitress walked in back with it for 3 seconds and reserved the food to us.

I've only been there a few times. I can only even remember the waiters from 2 of the times.

My first time, I liked my waiter. He was young and had accidentally cussed and felt so bad, but my boyfriend at the time and I are young too so we could have cared less. He was really nice and explained everything really well.

The most recent time I went, our drinks were never refilled and the service sucked.
