We also had waiters approach the table about 3 times and ask if this was our order. Not a big deal, but pretty telling of how poorly managed/organized it must be.

I've been two times. Mediocre would be overstating the experience. Two good stories came out of it though.

I witnessed someone start eating the wrong order that was brought to him. When the waitress ran back realizing her mistake she starts freaking out that he is eating it.
As we were leaving I swung by his table and he said they had been waiting 40 minutes for food and was ready to eat.

The last time I went some guy passed out in the bathroom and cracked his head wide open on the sink. The paramedics came. The men's bathroom was shut down the entire time I was there. His wife was telling everyone he had too much to drink like it was no big deal.

I'm kind of disappointed they've screwed up what could have been at the very least a decent place to watch a game.

NOLA has a similar concept across the street from Harrahs. I didn't eat in there, but had a few of their beers and they were pretty good. The burgers there looked huge, I wanted to try one but wasn't in eating mode at the time.

been about 5 time and have had a good experience w/ the waitstaff each time, though looks like i'm in the minority.. went about a month ago w/ the family and we probably had to wait longer than we should have, but that's not really the waiter's fault

The one here in Houston has horrible service as well. I love the pizza but I can't stand going there

There are now 3 in the Houston area, which one did you go to?

I work at one of the Houston locations and can honestly say that 90% of the servers on staff are incapable of delivering anything less than excellent service.

As for the Baton Rouge store, I can say for a fact that it is a huge thorn in the side of the district manager. Ever since it opened, he has had nothing but problems with and complaints about just about every person on staff.

I've always had a good experience there.. One minor issue.. I don't like being served cold french fries.. and it happened there.. I mentioned it to the waiter and he brought me out a huge plate of piping hot fries.. So it was an awesome recovery.. Have been several times.. The avocado egg roles are my favorite..
