You feed your dog Ol' Roy?

You need to be taken out back and beaten. That stuff is TERRIBLE. It's all filler and wheat. I had a friend that fed their dog Ol' Roy and it had patches of hair missing, was skinny and weak. Had problems going #2.

She gave it to someone else, and the only thing they changed was the food and that dog is now completely healthy.

I can't afford Blue Buffalo or anything like that, but I get Purina Pro Plan, like $45 for a 35 lb sack of food. Lasts my dog a month or longer.

I agree. Ol'Roy is shite. But my dog loved it and lived a long, healthy and happy life. So?

Easy fat boy. Once you learn how to feed yourself you might talk to me about what I feed my dog. See the post above.

ETA: Have you looked at the ingredients in purina vs. Ol' Roy?

It don't cost that much to buy food where meat is the main ingredient and id decent food costs too much, then don't get a dog.

Again, my dog had a great coat, no allergies, no skin problems. He was happy and lived a longer life than most others of his breed and size. Tell me again why I should have fed him your favorite brand of food? To make myself feel better?

Nope.

But my dog does. I never said my dog food is the best, there's much better out there. There's foods that contain none of the fillers at all, are less processed, but they are incredibly expensive. The one I use is good but doesn't break the bank.

I didn't BOOM!, I'm relaxed. You asked if I looked at the ingredient difference.. I showed you the difference.

Guys, I've seen the light. When I get another dog and he is eating cat shite out of the yard, I'll be sure to let him know that it is full of "fillers" and he could be enjoying some "gourmet shite" out of the blue bag. After all, dogs were miserable for hundreds of years until some smart guys with expensive food came around.

Posting a pic of a fat girl eating ice cream doesn't make my statement any less valid.

Nearly 14 million children are estimated to be served by Feeding America, over 3 million of which are ages 5 and under.

According to the USDA, over 16 million children lived in food insecure (low food security and very low food security) households in 2010.

Bull shite. Non profits are in the business of making money for the people who run non profits. And, if you'd like to discuss this issue further, please start a thread on the poli board and we shall have a go.

Sup Count, two questions:

a. Do you have a dog?

b. Do you think this thread will hit 200 before Jordan Jefferson returns to the practice field?

They typically don't eat their own shite until they are starving and/or have a nutrition deficiency. There are exceptions, of course, and there are treatments for that.

They ate what they were supposed to for hundreds of years before dog food was invented - raw meat.

This is not true.
