It's definitely got to be masked by something like mounds or a milky-way.
FWIW, my boss is Turkish and brought in this really rich and bitter dark chocolate. If i'm going to eat something with as many calories as fricking chocolate, it better not be bitter in the least bit IMO.

My wife loves dark and hates milk chocolate. Perhaps I should worry.
