People who hate dark chocolate=people with no taste.

It's like people who only drink whole milk and try skim milk. It doesn't work. You have to gradually work toward it.

60-70% dark chocolate is delicious.

70% Valrhona dark chocolate is sinful!

I only like dark chocolate with marzipan. Other than that, I won't eat it at all.

I really don't like regular milk chocolate (like Hershey's) though either. The only kind I'll eat by itself (without nuts or in a candy bar) is Lindt milk chocolate or something equally smooth.

Not a big candy eater, so I can make an expensive candy bar last about 2 months if nobody else in my house finds my stash.

Love it, especially with jalapeno's blended it. The peppers irritate the taste buds and increase the chocolate flavor 3x. My son's in-laws have bring it to me from someplace in Mexico.

Put it on your gastronomical bucket list, better than trying shite like menudo.

FWIW, my boss is Turkish and brought in this really rich and bitter dark chocolate. If i'm going to eat something with as many calories as fricking chocolate, it better not be bitter in the least bit IMO.

Most of the really dark and bitter chocolate is actually not that high in calories. Not as much sugar and none of the milk fat of milk chocolate.

Some studies show, it actually provides some rather healthy anti-oxidants to boot.

I like it.

My wife hates it until we went to Belgium. All the places have trays of samples and the dark chocolate she tried she loved. Of course all the chocolate we ate there was great. Godiva was actually one of the lower quality shops visited.

If you don't like dark chocolate, you're going to hell.

Seriously, you are.

I have no idea if I am right, but somehow I think that people who dislike dark chocolate might like a lot of milk/cream in their coffee. Black coffee and dark chocolate are similar in taste.

Just a guess, but I know several examples.
