Noted brother. There is some really great Danish butter I buy as well. Can't remember the name though.

Spanky loves potatoes. You can have them from time to time.

I could if it didn't lead to more carbs. It's a gateway carb! ;-)

Lurpak is a good Danish butter

Wrights dairy makes some damn good local(for me) butter, but we can only get it at work. Can't seem to find it in stores

I love the texture a food mill brings but there is something about chunky mashed potatoes. It transports me to my grandmothers house and my mouth begins to anticipate roasted lamb with mashed potatoes and the gravy from the lamb drippings. I'm drooling on my phone now. Great

I love potatoes. Any kind of potato, cooked any way is delicious to me. I can eat French fries for a meal.

No, I don't. Even the most picky eaters seem to like potatoes in some form.

I love a damn potato. Can't ever recall hearing a feller say he hated potatoes. Except for people trying to get unfat.

I like 'em baked, scalloped, mashed, smashed, roasted and fried (both French and home, in wedges, rounds, strings, julienned or crinkle cut). Potato pancakes, skins, hash browns, salad, dauphinoise, au gratin. In a soup, in a stew, in a chowder. Topped with butter, cheese (cheddar, goat, asiago, gruyere, feta or blue), bacon bits, sour cream, chili, broccoli, crawfish etouffee.

Oh, and with plenty of salt & pepper. Does that cover it?

My stepson only eats french fries. No baked, hashbrowns, mashed or anything else. But he eats his scrambled eggs with ketchup too. I blame his mom.
