Do you have any particular Kitchen/Prep/Technique Pet Peeves?

- Leaving the Refrigerator Door open for long periods of time.
- Crud on BBQ grills.
- Using Tongs, instead of Spoons, to stir foods.

Who cares. Granite is ugly as frick. If I owned my house (I rent, obviously) I would have concrete or butcher block counters.
