I cannot start prep/cook unless kitchen is clean.
Not cleaning as you go heightens my anxiety regarding the final product.
I cringe then walk out of the kitchen when friends put something back in the pot/pan/fryer that has jumped out onto the counter top.
frick it if I'm OCD, I can cook like a house slave.
