Do Asians make the best fried chicken?

Response thread. Noticed in Dallas, the best yard bird is made by Koreans and their biscuits can’t be substituted for rumble strips on the road.

KFC is some good shite.
Got a place here called Han's Chimaek that makes some of the best fried chicken I've ever had.

Some great fryers at Chinese and Vietnamese places. They typically have solid wings

never made fried chicken out of asians before but I guess if you dredge them in buttermilk and use the right breading .....

Agree 100 percent. My theory is bc when you order a burger at a Mexican place they cook it fresh bc most people don't order a burger at a Mexican place. Sorry, not trying to derail OP.

Hard to say by frying yard birds is about the common aspect of life I know of shared by almost everyone on the planet. Frying chickens is ubiquitous...almost every culture on the planet has fried chicken steeped in its DNA. Maybe folks from the North Pole, who also never had salt in their diets in any way until Europe came to town, may be the lone exception to this but everywhere else you go on the planet someone is frying a chicken....
