Both are OK. Moe's used to be a lot better..you could get fetta and all kinds other toppings. I feel like they've been cut in half or more.

Chik-Fil-A has amazing service

Raising Canes is excellent too

The rest are all pretty bad, with Popeyes being by far the worst.

The Burger King on Juban in Denham is killing this model.

Surprisingly great service and food.

Call it good posture then.

They're not slouched over like being there is the most difficult thing in the world.

And it is bad nationally. The Popeyes in Ga. is just as bad as the one in N.D..

Is Taziki's fast food?

They are pretty consistently good. I think it helps when you recognize the same staff over weeks and months. Generally it means they are worth a shite and treat their employees well and therefore keep better people.

Culvers is good.

And their drive-thru is run very well. They cook most everything to order, so there is a wait. Instead of letting the line stack up, they built the lot with parking spaces running the same direction as the line down from the window, on both sides of the lot. They put a number on your side mirror and you pull forward. They bring your order when it is ready. It is still faster than most and I've never had an incorrect order.

Just ate at Culver's for the first time this past weekend in Sherman TX. Good service, food was good, I'm a fan. Would love for them to expand to Mississippi

Regional thing mostly. Service is good in the right neighborhoods/cities/etc

My zaxbys, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell near my house have polite high school kids working at them with real managers steering the ship. I rarely eat fast food but when I do I’m always pleasantly surprised.

I'll literally stand there as the only person in the store for 2-3 minutes while five employees walk around slowly ignoring me. Maybe I'm misremembering how things were 10-20 years ago but I swear customer service has fallen off a cliff.

I blame online ordering for this at a lot of places. To them, you're no more important than the 30 orders with additions and substitutions that the online system said would be ready in 15 minutes.

And I hate that this is becoming normal. A person in line should take priority over an online order.

Last time I went to a Krystal's I was the only vehicle in line and waited over 30 minutes for my food.

In-n-Out

I haven’t been to Chipotle or CFA in a while but I would always use the app when I ordered food.
