I'm putting my order in at Burgersmith now. Hopefully it is ready by the time I go next week. Not counting on it though.

The last several times I've been there, I've sat at the bar and gotten my order within 5 minutes of placing it. That's the Perkins location. The one time I visited the Siegen location it took damn near 45 minutes.

Man, I've had the merchant one twice and neither times did it taste like Curbside.

I only moved away from Baton Rouge two years ago after having lived there for 24 years and I don't recognize a good third of those restaurants.

Thai Kitchen makes a hamburger?
I'd follow Sam Singron into a Bangkok traffic-jam battle, but hamburger? Then-again, Thai seasoning and lemongrass dressing...

I know brioche is all the rage, but I honestly think it's too rich and savory for a burger given how rich and savory all the ingredients are.
Gimme that kaiser all day.

Looks like I'm having burgers for dinner everyday next week.
