The skinny guy with glasses at Ms Maes can be an a-hole too. He threw me into the pool table one time and has yelled at me countless times.

It's not like the family that owns it is hurting for money. Anyone who orders a beer there is a sucker. I feel like it's not as bad at the Freret location.

They have a really nice outside bar and if you work the happy hour special it's not bad. I still walk the extra 3 blocks to RDV however. $5 bucks for a beer & shot is my type of happy hour. I don't need wienne.

Love RDV. Random but last Saturday the taco truck closed early. Any reason why? Regulations or maybe sold out? When I got off work late that night I was craving some tacos

That truck works long hours. They could have had a couple of events before RDV. Did they leave in the truck or just left it there ? If they left in the truck they might of went to Le Bon Temps.
