but yea i think it's complete bullshite that society says we have to tip bartenders. those people are lazy pieces of shite and are too stupid to get a real job.

Mr Reynolds, while this bartender was lazy in no way do I think he was a piece of shite. I wouldn't say every bartender is too stupid to get a real job. What is a "real job" in today's world. Paying your bills and supporting yourself from whatever your occupation is real enough for me. I don't judge people based on their job title. Some haven't taken the college path and are fine with bartending. I know many bartenders with only a high school education and many with bachelor/masters degrees who can't find work right now. The kid who was working yesterday was most likely just out of college and had no experience what so ever. Again, I wouldn't use the term "bartenders are lazy pieces of shite who are too stupid to get a real job."
