I was super disappointed the last time I got their regular fries too. I feel like when they are super busy, the fries suffer. The other couple times I've tried the fries, they were awesome.

I had the parm and truffle fries, they were on point

Line was only 3 deep, though

Curbside just needs to park the trucks and open three brick and mortars. Baton Rouge could use one near LSU and in Mid-City(or by the Hospitals) and throw one in the NOLA area, maybe in Mid-City or Uptown, but away from the other burger joints.

Then just keep the links trucks rolling.

They have a solid following.

Also rumor is at last one to two times a month in NOLA, also heard they want to do it every weekend.

Yeah I'll be there at 10:30-11. Not making the same mistake twice.

I seriously had one of the best burgers ever today. Wish I would have snapped a pic. I was hoping Nik would pop up in this thread, so I could ask about it.
(unrelated, but I only got it because I went to Finns when I saw the line at Curbside)

Candied Bacon, and praline pecans, cheese and eggs, on a burger. It was like a McGriddle x1000000.

Hope it stays, I miss the PBB&J burger.

and yes that picture does look bad, way to rare for a burger (unless its fresh ground steak)

Curbside definitely lived up to all the hype, however I'm gonna have to do more research before I say it's better than CO Burger.

My burger was slightly more cooked than the pictured one, and we were standing in line next to each other. I didn't mind the medium rare burger because I actually like it like that and I know where they get their beef. But I can definitely understand people thinking it is too rare. Side note: My Brian Burger was awesome.

Yeah RC, that is grossly undercooked. Mine yesterday was at the perfect temp.

Y'all got to get that phone system up though, couldn't get the call the go through to place my order. Didn't mind though a four dollar Crown and Coke and a rugby game made the time fly. Also got a sweet Ireland jersey.

What happened when you called? It just wouldn't connect, or rang and rang with no answer?
