All, they will cook to temperature if you ask. I believe the standard is medium-medium well. They'll do whatever you ask, though.

I got a burger with fried cheddar and the Brian burger. Fried cheese was the winner, really good stuff. Just got regular fries, they were ok.

Had planned on going to Finns after with a friend for the Russia/Greece match. Gotta head somewhere after I try my Curbside burger though.

I drove by, saw the line and went to Finns instead for a BooKoo burger. That line was probably thirty deep if not more blocking the street and everything.
