I boiled crawfish last sunday and I just discovered a ziplock bag of cooked potatoes in the refrigerator from then. I am thinking of making potato soup with them. Has it been too long? Are they too old?

Thanks.

Throw them out, anything over a week gets tossed, seafood or mixed / cooked with seafood is shorter

I cook, bag and freeze my own French fries for later for quick meals.

Blanch at 325 them cool and freeze on pans then bag for refrying. They actually fry crispier from frozen.

Potatoes are cheap.
Just buy some more.

smell and taste. If it smells or taste bad, throw it out. Otherwise, you should be good.
