Anybody know what's being built next to Frank's in pville?

I've heard Walk On's (probably on here)
Was at Auto Zone Monday and a guy in there said either a Dollar Tree or another auto parts store

Walkones is coming to the Pville area but this buildout is not it. Not sure we need another auto parts store either. We have two within a 1/4 mile of each other. So dollar tree it is. Makes sense with the apartments going up around the corner

Walk-Ons would make more sense behind Neighbors Credit Union somewhere

That would be a good location. They are still 7-8 months out I'd say before any groundbreaking occurs. The concept Brandon usually does takes a couple months to develop then the plans another 3-4 months.

Yeah I hate Walk-On's but it would immediately be the best sports bar in Ascension Parish

Walk Ons hasn't bought a location as of yet as far as I know. Myles Holley and a partner bought the franchise. I don't recall seeing a Dollar Tree built out of CMU, mostly pre engineered metal buildings. But who knows.

really? that would be quite convenient for me. I always thought that was "phase 2" of the Leblanc's thing. But, after the sale, who knows?

I know Wal-Mart is being built on 1 side. I heard on the other side they are building a Academy and another section of the strip mall, that's where Lit pizza supposed to go. Don't know about the Academy for sure though, just a rumor.
