My daughter (no pics) just moved to Nashville a couple of weeks ago and is living in the Sylvan Heights area. For those familiar w Nashville, is this area close to the tornado destruction? She’s not answering texts or phone. Thanks for any info.

Mississippi Pot Roast was created by Robin Chapman of Ripley, Mississippi. It ended up in her church cookbook and then on a couple of blogs. I tried it... :rolleyes: :yack:
It had no flavor (except for way too much salt from the au jus) and was too greasy with a stick of butter. I’ll continue making roast like my momma...that’s stuffed with garlic, seasoned and browned and cooked on the stove top with onions and low salt beef broth.

I really can’t believe how anyone could like that crockpot stuff. :lol:
