We have not done cod, but we have done others that were very good and cod sounds like another candidate. If you have any, try some fresh salmon, too. I can't bring up your recipe, but that guy has never posted anything I didn't find to be first rate.

I use bass, choupique, catfish, garfish, etc for this. great use for leftover fish.

Honestly, no. And I'm disappointed in myself for never having tried it before. Love cod fritters and cod is really cheap up here.

Done it with a few fish. After I fillet my fish I take a spoon and scoop up what the knife missed and they become fritters.
