1. Buffalo Wild Wings sucks, everytime I go there is hardly any sauce on them, and their dipping sauces(specifically Blue Cheese) are too small and also taste gross. Pluckers is just as bad. I have had more bad experiences with wings at restaurants than good. Wing Stop and random hole in the wall places are the only places I like.

2. I like wings, but I like to make them myself. Dip them in an egg/milk mixture, then coat them in a mixture of flour, salt, ground cayenne, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paparika. Then fry them in peanut oil, dry on towels, and drench in sauce. I also make my own blue cheese.

Occasionally I will do this but with boneless chicken thighs instead. More chicken for a cheaper price and it tastes just as good.

I get them up in Virginia/Maryland, they call them Old Bay wings. I think they're just dry, then tossed in butter then sprinkled with Old Bay. They're awesome. Tons of chicken farms up there too, so they're super cheap.

One weekend when you're in town you gotta hit up Blue Oak.
Gonna hit it tomorrow after I watch Newman vs. country day with AIC.

yeah they look good.

Didnt you say something like this:

season wings then put on grill for 15-20 mins
take off and toss in sauce
put back on grill on the other side and cover for 20 more minutes.
toss again and eat.

The TJ ribs wings and draft beer deal may be best value in BR.

Wings are great and they have good beer selection.
Winning.

Some of the best wings I've ever had were at Southern for the Southern-LSU baseball game earlier this year. Absolutely fantastic.

I am always amused when sports bars have "wing specials" at $1 a wing or even .50, and they're little shitty Sysco frozen pieces. A half a bite of nasty food for a buck. Great deal.

I do love me some properly cooked wangs though. My brother makes some mean ones.
