Chicken tenders >> Chicken breasts

I never buy chicken breasts at the store anymore. The tenders are so much easier to grill w/o drying out. They cook faster and are much juicier.
Anyone else feel the same way?

All about the thighs.

No leg quarters, no care.
I never buy anything less than quarters...always try and buy whole when I can. So much cheaper, and takes all of 90 seconds to break a whole chicken down to quarter.

like, boneless skinless chicken tenders? I like those fine for throwing in a pan and making something quick. I'm not lighting my grill to cook them though.
I usually buy either a whole chicken or buy a breast and butterfly it, unless cutlets are on sale.

Why? I grill thighs at least twice a week
I roast chicken breasts in the oven, use a meat thermometer, comes out juicy and perfect every time

Agreed. To me, breasts are better in oven, thighs area better on grill.

I've done tenders before, their okay. Dealing with that tendon can be a nuisance.
Just brine your chicken before grilling and the drying out problem is solved.

Chicken tenders are the rib meat of chicken breasts so they can't be any juicier.

Yeah, I've been doing this for a while when I want to cook em in a pan (which is more often than not).
For grilling or baking, I still prefer prefer full breasts.

The Tyson chicken tenders definitely thaw out faster than the breast.

I like boneless thighs on the grill as well. And of course if you're doing legs & wings.

Chicken wings >>> Chicken tenders >>>>> Chicken breasts

I dislike the tendon as well, and I'm in the thigh camp. Juicy dark meat FTW. Besides, tenders are stupidly overpriced.
