Ceviche in Baton Rouge

Went to Tito Javis? (used to be Ninfas and can never remember new name) well ceviche isn't on the menu anymore. Asked waitress and she said it will return hopefully at some time.

So still want some ceviche. Got any suggestions Baton Rouge or ascension area. I guess I just need to learn how to make it.

Been looking at recipes found here. Looks like I’m going to head to the store.

I think I've seen it on the menu at both Cocha and Solera but I don't know if either restaurant is open right now.

Thank everyone again. Ended up making my own. Super easy. Not sure why I never tried.

Cocha is open, but I didn’t see ceviche on the menu when I went a couple weeks ago.
