Recipe, or at least tell where you ate it. I did the Atkins diet once, and used to make crustless pizza by putting cheese, tomato sauce and pepperoni in a Pyrex pie pan.

I don’t, I’m sorry, I should say NOBODY eats pizza in order to get a better figure. They eat pizza because it’s a delicious dish and what you are saying is un-American and ant-Italian.

You just buy the frozen cauliflower crust and then make your own pizza. It's delicious. Brand is called CauliPower

It is good, but not $7.99 per crust good. I’ll take my calories instead.

post recipe

I recently learned about this and love it

1 Head cauliflower
Blend in food processor until it looks like rice
Fill pot with 1” water Boil cauliflower for 5 minutes
Remove, strain, then put in clean kitchen towel and squeeze out water, get as much out as you can

Place in bowl add 1T itialian seasoning, 1/4C ground Parmesan, 1/2C grated Mozzarella mix it all up

Crack 2 egg into mix and work into a dough

Place on a baking sheet into a pizza shape (1/3” think)
Bake 425 for 30-45 minutes (it’ll look cooked)

Add toppings and cook until cheese is melted about 5-10 minutes

For toppings, we like basil pesto base, red/purple onions, chicken, garlic, and mozzarella

I can understand saying it's edible, good, or even delicious. But there is absolutely no fricking way that a cauliflower crust is the greatest pizza crust of all time.

Stack it up against an almond flour and cheese crust and report back.

I just can’t get into the cauliflower crust. No good pizza crust, then I’ll eat something else.

Goodpizza using chicken and cheese as a crust. Easily one million times better than cauliflower. Cauliflower outside of the app at Domenica is gross.

My man. I grilled pizzas for the family and did this tonite.... fantastic.

Wife got a 32 oz bag of Cauliflower Rice at Costco. I boiled 1/2 the bag for 8 or so minutes.... pressed all the water out in a towel (as u suggested). Dumped into a bowl w 2 eggs, little (maybe 1/4 cup) parmesean, shredded colby jack (maybe 1/4 cup - all the fresh mozz I had needed to go on pizzas - we had some fresh shredded colby jack n fridge so I used it), some italian seasoning.... mixed really well and poured onto a bakin pan in a circle... “patted” it to about 1/4 inch (was the size of a regular paper plate).

Baked 425 for 40 minutes. ** Only change I will make is to either grease the pan or cook less... it kinda stuck... i used a spatula to scrape off and keep intact... worked fine, but will adjust a little.

Pulled from the oven and topped between the pizzas I was grillin.... then baked for 5 min, broiled for 1.

Excellent replacement for pizza dough and I will absolutely do again. Even my 10 year old said he could do that as a pizza.

THANK U FDB for turning me onto this.

If it's like Dominos then it sucks.
