Gris they are darn good, moist and tender. They remind me of something from the old Flintstones cartoons. Brontosaurus wings, the pic doesn't do it justice, they are huge!

It will make no sense, but I will try to say that at least 6 times tomorrow.

Yeah, I feel like a cavewoman when I eat them, but I love them in any form-smoked, baked, fried....

The point is when using catfish, to make it edible to most, it is fried or covered in sauce. When using most other fish, you don't need to do much to it because it actually tastes good and you want to taste the fish, not the batter or sauce.

I just don't agree with that. Oh well..

i dont even know what page im on and how far this puppy is ahead of me balls, but i have to say that i guess im a dumas cause i loved grilled spoonbill cat with just lemon and butter.. i guess that makes me a fish conny sewer if i don't fry it?

Fried turkey wings at the Vietnamese store on Florida. street just past North Acadian going downtown on right are very good. Seasoned well and the legs are the same.

Fried catfish is like fried shrimp...it just tastes good that way!

I do like to take some sashimi grade tuna, then run it thru some soy and a pat of horseradish....I surely don't want to mask the flavor by burning my nasal passages!

Helk, I like it just about anyway the "trash fish" can be fixed..
My favorite is fried, of course, but just pass the plate by me, it'll get lighter, guarantee..

It's amazing the things that can happen when you throw some fried catfish in a soup.

You never had leftover fried catfish a day in your life, Geauxt. And it's not because there wasn't enough cooked...

I'll eat leftover strips. I'll eat whole fish until I pass out to avoid carrying it over.

I've fried fish before with the sole intent to stick it in the fridge and eat cold later. I actually enjoy it cold with hot sauce more than warm.

But despite my best efforts, I always end up eating a good sized serving before it cools....
