I would eat it. I wouldnt do that myself, but there isnt much that i wouldnt try that consisted of fried catfish and bacon.
I have topped fried fish with etoufee before...

The gumbo thread MD did had potential, I tried to stir the pot at 12:30 am sunday night after several adult beverages and got called a douche bag 
I think MD is one helluva cook, trying new things and mixing up ingredients and as someone who cooks alot, I know some dishes are hit and miss. Keep posting MD
