Cap'n Crunch vs. Frosted Flakes?

Cap'n Crunch cereal and Frosted Flakes cereal are both solid. However, it is my opinion that Cap'n Crunch is the best all around cereal.
Worst cereal award goes to Cheerios.

Depends upon how much you want the roof of your mouth tore up.
Cap'n Crunch has more flavor (and sugar). Frosted Flakes not as harsh if eating it out of the box.

I like Honeynut Cheerios and Multigrain Cheerios.
