I realize this is sacrilege but I have a 12 pack of pepper jack boudin balls from Kartchners and dont feel like frying them tonight.
Any ideas on how I could bake them? I called Kartchners and they didnt have any suggestions.
I saw one recipe that said 425 for 15 minutes, flip and go for 8 more minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes.

I've baked them before. They come out just fine.

Air fryer is not bad for warming them

Do you have an air fryer? Over will probably be fine, I’d burst with a little oil or spray with cooking spray so the outside gets crisp.

I dont have an air fryer but that sounds like a good way. Ill just bake them and eat them no matter how they come out!
