re: Bull Chicks on COursey in BR

What I'm saying is that what Bull Chicks is doing is no different than what Canes does, and that's a totally reasonable policy. The OP behaved like a massive douche-nozzle over 90 cents.
While the OP certainly could have presented his argument better to this board, I do understand the meaning behind his message.
Based upon what he shared, Bullchicks missed an opportunity to listen to the customer. This is very important for any business and it makes a difference. Listening is very effective and extremely powerful. Obviously the additional sauce was very important to him (along with the cost and not being "bundled" in price of wings). Bullchicks, by his account, had a chance to probe, ask questions, listen to his responses and resolve issues and/or concerns. They didn't. And they passed it off on what another company does. Shame on them.
A rule about customer service. The last thing that people will remember about a conversation or transaction is one of the most important things that will lead to a better perception about a company. An invitation with a return is where loyalty will get built.

The labor to make 20 wings with 2 sauces vs 1 is negligible.
90 cents is negligible.

I don't get a chance to stop here often, but it is one of the small places I enjoy. I hesitate to call it fast food, because I learned that since they cook everything to order, avoid the drive thru, it is not a time saver.
The burgers are made fresh by the order, and the Cajun hot dog is incredibly good, spicy and grilled perfectly. I think they broke away from the chain and do their own menu. I highly recommend the avocado burger.

this always cracks me up when used by businesses. Who gives a shite. That doesn't excuse you from having terrible service or food.

I agree.
If something is wrong, the business should tell the customer I don’t want you leaving here feeling the way you do. Let me fix it.
Businesses and their employees (providing they are allowed to be empowered) need to have the courage to do what it takes to make things right.
As a potential future business owner, a simple rule that I know to ask myself is, “how would I want the problem solved?” And then it is just a matter of doing it.

Amazing to see a new poster from May 2017, already hated by everybody. Via the Food Board no less

I don't think he is an "alter" in the traditional sense. But I do think he has posted here before and shared an account with a former poster (RIP) that was very active on the OT and F&D boards.

Whatever he is, it seems his mission is to be a shite stirrer.

His brother was notorious for this. Although different posting styles, I see the similarities between the two.

I see that you have a 4 page thread that started off bitching about a .90 charge.
Are you one of those old bitches that I get behind at the grocery store that hold up the check out line complaining that the bananas rang up at .65 instead of .63 a pound?
