Everything mentioned above my reply is spot on. I’d probably go to Poches since they have a complete meat market with smoked foods and also sell boudin and cracklins

Hebert’s Superette in Hanasin. (Henderson). Awesome fried liver and hot dogs. Make sure to park up front. Count how many people DON’T have tattoos. Fun times.
